Azeez Fashola, popularly known as Naira Marley recently organize a concert at Abuja which is against the social distance law. The concert was put together by PlayNetwork Africa, Traffic Bar, El Carnival and sponsored by Glenfiddich.

The concert was supposed to be a drive-through concert( that is they are not expected to leave their cars) but along the line the videos on social media showed that it was neglected and Naira Marley was seen performing on stage before the crowd at the venue.

The concert was anchored by ex-BBNaija star, Kim Ophrah. Naira Marley and Kim Ophrah flew to Abuja in a private plane owned by Jetlyfe.
The social distancing rule was not observed at all and no one put on the nose mask which has been made compulsory by the government.

The ticket was sold around 20000 to 250000 by Nairabox and Ariya. Recently, the musician and the organisers of the concert has been under intense criticism for organizing a concert despite the COVID-19 pandemic.


The FCT Task Force has reportedly sealed the mall following criticism from Nigerians about the breach of the lockdown rules.
In other news,  Naira Marley has posted on IG to celebrate the “Marlians Day” on May 30th.  He is known as the president of his controversial fan base, "Marlians".

May 30th of every year has been officially pronounced as Marlians day by the officials of the controversial gang. It all started after popular Disk Jockey, Cuppy, shared on her Twitter handle that there is the need for a National Marlians day.
